Education and Workforce
The MACH Education and Workforce Planning Committee is dedicated to providing educational programs for increasing capacity and professional development across its network's staff and consumers, in the form of training for clinical supervisors, mandatory competency training and efficiency evaluations, and simulations.
The Education and Workforce Planning Committee held its first workplace learning symposium: Cultivating a Safe Working Environment, on Thursday February 28th. The workshop featured speakers from across the MACH network as well as Prof Stephen Billett of Griffith University (full agenda + downloadable materials below).
